FAQ

Common Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

How do I apply for a programme? +
You can apply online through our Admissions page or visit any of our campuses in person. You'll need to submit a completed application form, a copy of your ID or passport, and your most recent academic certificate. Our team will review your application and respond within 3 business days.
What are the entry requirements? +
Entry requirements vary by programme. Most certificate courses require a secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent. Diploma programmes may require prior work experience or tertiary education. Specific requirements are listed on each programme's page. Contact admissions if you're unsure.
Are there scholarships available? +
Yes. ProStudies offers merit-based scholarships, government-sponsored bursaries (through RDB and MINEDUC), and employer-funded places for eligible candidates. We also have flexible payment plans — including monthly instalments — for all programmes. Contact our finance office to explore your options.
Can I study online or part-time? +
Absolutely. Most of our programmes are offered in fully online, hybrid, and weekend/evening formats — designed specifically for working professionals. You can choose the format that fits your schedule at enrolment.
Are ProStudies certificates recognised by employers? +
Yes. All ProStudies certificates and diplomas are nationally accredited by the Rwanda Ministry of Education and AITB. They are recognised and respected by employers across Rwanda and the East African region. Many of our partner employers actively recruit ProStudies graduates.
When does the next cohort start? +
Cohort 15 begins on July 6, 2026. Enrollment is currently open until June 26, 2026. We run multiple cohorts per year — if you miss this intake, the next cohort will be announced on our website and social media channels.
